The €500/month minimum applies below 9 users on Essentials and below 6 users on Secure. Larger or multi-site businesses can ask for an Enterprise quote. A free IT audit confirms your exact figure.
One-off onboarding fee (all new customers): €500 for up to 25 users, plus €20 per user above that (50 users: €1,000; 100 users: €2,000). Contracts run for a 12-month minimum, then rolling monthly with 60 days’ notice.
